Schedule Pro — Power BI custom visual · Effective date: 7 June 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how the Schedule Pro Power BI custom visual (the “Visual”), published by Ismayil Khalilov (“we”, “us”), handles data. We have designed the Visual to keep your data inside your own Power BI environment.
The Visual processes the schedule data in your Power BI report entirely on your device, within the Power BI rendering sandbox. It does not send your report data, schedule files, or any personal information to us or to any third-party server. The Visual makes no outbound network or HTTP calls.
To remember your layout and (optionally) your imported project between
sessions, the Visual uses Power BI’s sanctioned local-storage service. This
data is stored by Power BI on your machine / within your tenant and is
accessible only to the Visual inside your report. It is never sent to us. The
Visual declares the LocalStorage privilege in its manifest for
this purpose.
When you import a Primavera P6 .xer file, it is parsed locally in
the browser to build the chart. The file’s contents are not uploaded anywhere;
they remain within your Power BI report.
Paid plans are managed through Microsoft’s Power BI licensing platform. The Visual asks Power BI which plan you are entitled to in order to enable the corresponding features. This check is handled by Microsoft; we do not receive your identity or payment details. Microsoft’s handling of your purchase is governed by the Microsoft Privacy Statement.
The Visual contains no analytics, advertising, cookies, or tracking technologies of any kind.
The Visual is a business tool and is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected on this page with a revised effective date.
